MY FINDINGS:- The Irish Consulate in Shanghai confirmed that Parker Forrester do not trade out of the premises listed on the website in Shanghai, in fact a completely unrelated business is located at those premises with a different contact number. Have received confirmation from a Law Firm in China that Parker Forrester is not registered as a qualified Foreign Institutional Investor in the Chinese Services Regulatory Authority, even though I was provided with a copy of this listing by Parker Forrester, however I now know it is fake. Have been advised by the same Law Firm acting on my behalf that the Solicitor Firm that stated Parker Forrester was one of their clients does not exist either, they are not registered with the Ministry of Justice in China. This is all a very well orchestrated criminal gang that has created a global scam in light of the global stock crash in early 2009, to con millions out of people like you and me. BEWARE, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS, YOU WILL NEVER, NEVER, SEE YOUR INVESTMENT AGAIN. I have now after daily attempts to get in touch with Parker Forrester and failure to get back my investment been left with no option but to report this matter to the Fraud Squad here in Ireland, and also in Shanghai. My Legal Firm in China advised me that I should take this course of action.
